Reviews and Ratings
My partner and I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Taxco! The spectacular views and luxurious suite made our visit unforgettable. The staff provided top-notch service, and the restaurant offered delicious meals with an amazing backdrop. While there isn't much negative to say, I would have loved even more amenities to complement the unique experience.
While the hotel has commendable qualities like attentive service and a lovely conversion from a house into a boutique B&B, it falls short of expectations for a five-star experience. There are several drawbacks, including noise disturbances and subpar room features, which made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been. The rate feels inflated given some of the room deficiencies.
I recently had a wonderful romantic getaway at this hotel. The view from our room was just breathtaking, and the service was absolutely top-notch. On the downside, our room was a bit small and right next to the dining area, which made it a little noisy in the mornings. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but suggest opting for a room with a terrace for a better experience.
This hotel boasts an incredible view of Taxco, perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is quite cozy. The food exceeded my expectations, but there were several issues for a hotel that charges a premium. The accommodations felt more like a three-star setup than a luxurious stay, and noise levels could be disruptive at times, especially if families with children are present.
